1-2-3 STEP PROCESS

Small business success often follows a road map. So does working with the eTEAM. That's why we created the 1-2-3 Step Evaluation Process to help entrepreneurs prepare, present and profit from working with eTEAM member agencies.

Step 1: Contact Referral

The first step is contacting an eTEAM representative who will review and evaluate the potential of your business. Once the eTEAM representative determines your business displays a high potential for success, a request will be made for the eTEAM and other supporting agencies to evaluate your business. The referring agency is known as the lead agency, and it is their role to ensure you are ready to make a professional presentation to the eTEAM.

Step 2: Submission Table of Contents

The lead agency will help you prepare the following materials for your presentation to the eTEAM:

Executive Summary: General outline of the product or service, including target market and business goals.

Financial Analysis: Total balance sheet that includes cost of the project and any contributing investments.

Competition Analysis: Review of existing competitors, including their locations and information about market saturation.

Marketing and Sales Strategy: Explanation of the target market, along with an outline of advertising penetration.

Management Structure: Complete list of contributing individuals, along with their roles and responsibilities.

Step 3: Review Process

If all the requirements are met from the above steps, you will be invited to make a presentation. The eTEAM provides a Letter of Participation that outlines our recommendations for your next steps that are available through the agencies represented by the eTEAM. The lead agency will monitor the progress of your business and update the eTEAM on it's success.
